Ever wake up out of sleep wondering how you forgot to do a bunch of stuff, as if you kinda slipped off on the current of a busy schedule and forgot about all your other commitments? I guess that's the thing about it all, kinda links back to the Cheat Day post, if you aren't organised you're slipping...
I've had umpteen things to do in the past few weeks that include scheduling posts for Up In The Ear, recording verses and mixing tracks, to sending interview questions to artist representatives. Between a full time job, a loving partner, being distracted by the TV, being distracted by scrolling around apps on my iPhone and checking feeds and sending posts to pocket, not to mention all the desires of clothes and shoes you find on the internetz, it's quite hard to keep focus if you haven't got you mind and priorities mapped out.
Maybe I need to create some PD [personal development] time for myself, just like at work although rather than get broken promises, I'd actually schedule time for queue posting, creating music, writing and personal development in regards to software and progression.
Ghost.
